I vehemently disagree with recommending this dealership. In June, I bought a used car that had recently been traded in. For at least the first month and a half after getting the vehicle, I visited the deale In June, I bought a used car that had recently been traded in. For at least the first month and a half after getting the vehicle, I visited the dealership at least once a week for maintenance. I should have known better when I was required to sign a release of claims against the car dealership in order to purchase the vehicle. The car was not cleaned inside or under the hood, the brakes, including the rotors, were defective, and they even permitted me to drive away with a broken window that required replacement. They did a shoddy job of cleaning and an even worse job of ensuring that it was secure for my family and me. Instead of replacing all of the rotors, only the front ones were replaced. The back was adjusted at the following visit, and they then attempted to take advantage of some inexpensive breaks. In order to get breaks, they eventually reached out to the Nissan dealership across the street. When I break above 60 mph, I still have problems. After the service member taking the car for a ride, I was informed that it was the rotors once more and to give him a week or two. It is now week three, and I have not heard from anyone. My home is at least an hour distant. Since I've been receiving the runaround, I made the decision to take it somewhere else to get examined. Nick, the general sales manager, provided me his phone number, but he has never returned any of my calls or addressed any of my concerns (he was either unavailable or in "meetings"). Even though Rob in the service department has been helpful, I keep receiving the runaround. When I bought a car from Honda of Lake City, I made a terrible choice! More

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. They were supposed to replace my leather with Katskin per the We Owe. Well Katskin doesn’t have the template for my car. No communication from anyone and I had to reach out first every single time I wanted an update. I drove around a demo car with an oil leak for over a week.
