Honda of Lake City and Donavan Merry made this an easy experience. Staff was professional. The finance aspect should have been explained a little better. The lower rate did not count for hybrid vehicles. More

Don’t buy a vehicle from this company. I got ripped off for $5000. They charge me that much more than the advertise price and hit it because they did not give me a contract on paper. I ended up signing a salesman cell phone with the assurances that they would fix the sales price. They even sent me a Text to come get it, but after making Four trips in two days I told him just mail it. More

Absolute worst buying experience ever. I wasn't going to do this and just accept that I got screwed over, but I just received the payment information from the lien holder and they're sayin I wasn't going to do this and just accept that I got screwed over, but I just received the payment information from the lien holder and they're saying my payment is $100 more than what we agreed to at the dealership.
