Not at all happy with the condition of the car I purchased. Partly my fault because I had it delivered to me, but I expected a certain level coming from a name brand dealership like Honda. No backup purchased. Partly my fault because I had it delivered to me, but I expected a certain level coming from a name brand dealership like Honda. No backup camera, no matching tires and mileage is not correct on the car. Just to name a few. My loss. More

If I could give negative stars I would. We had the misfortune of purchasing a used truck from this dealership 12/22/23. Due to holiday the truck was not driven until early Jan.On 1/2/24 the heat did not work & temp gauge was jumping all over the place. We call and scheduled to bring it Friday 1/5/23. When we brought it to the dealership. Jacob brought us to service and told service department that this is the truck that was overheating on the lot. This was quite concerning to us. In any case it was now at the service depart. and we were told we would have back the next day.. For 1 straight week they had the truck without contacting us. We initiated every call to find out what was wrong and when we would have it back. After a convo with Ryan in sales depart. (who was extremely rude and condescending) it was decided that this was a PRE EXISTING issue and sales would pay for labor & diagnostics & we would pay parts. Although we did not think that was fair since this was fair we needed our truck back as we had no transportation to get to work. The truck was fixed 1/12/24 we drove it home 6.3 miles. On 1/13/24 the truck would not start. We called Rob the service manager at LC Honda at the truck was towed back to Honda. Again there was NO calls made from Honda service depart to us regarding our vehicle. Each day we called we would get a song and dance and they a promise of the following day, On 1/18/24 it turns out the truck had been misdiagnosed & would now need a new engine. Rob acknowledged that since this was existing issue prior to sale he would do labor at no cost, but the engine would cost a additional 4000 dollar. He said we should speak to Ryan to see if he would offer anything toward engine. We met with Ryan 1/20/24. Again we sat at Jacob’s desk. Jacob again agreed this was a PRE EXISTING issue saying they were going to do right by us & swap out the vehicle. Ryan came over and said he had another truck we could start the process of changing out the vehicles. The truck offered would be 380.00 monthly payment instead of the 119 we currently pay. This was not a reasonable fair offer and so we felt our only option was to speak to Rob about the engine. Rob had been looking for engines and said he found 2 both had warranties 1 engine had slightly under 60,000 miles the other had 55,000. We agreed to move forward on either of these 2 engine options and were told it would be about week to have the truck back. The following Saturday 1/27 I got a call from Rob saying the truck was completed other than a few minor hook ups he would drop off to us either later that day or Mon. He asked if we would pay for the engine now because it was the last day of payroll and he wanted to pay his technician, I agreed and gave payment of 4000. Monday I had not heard anything on truck and sent text for time it would be here & remind to bring paper work on engine for our records indicating mileage warranty etc. Robs responded it was not be ready. On Tuesday they said Wed. On Wed they said Thurs. and so on Each day no call or text from Honda all communication was initiated by me. On 2/8/24 35 days later truck ready. We went to pick up truck and paperwork for engine specs -no paperwork and the truck check engine light was on. We drove home and made an appoint for 2/10/24 They cleared code on truck we asked for our paperwork for engine and Thomas said they did not have it we need to talk with Rob. I called 2/12, 2/13 2/14 finally Rob said paperwork would be available 2/15. On 2/15 I went to get paperwork and it was not there. It took them over an hour to eventually give me a worthless paper with areas whited except the the mileage which was listed as 133,000.more than DOUBLE the mileage we agreed to when we discussed our engine option with Rob. Additionally 1/20 Ryan applied for 20,0000 auto loan in our name. Which we never consented to.receiving loan rejection notices telling us our application has been rejected. More

I was in the market for a very low mileage used Civic touring to replace my previous one which was totalled in an accident. Even though the dealership knew I was looking at a particular car, they failed to tell me it had been sold the day before. I had to settle for a newer Civic Sport hatchback without many of the touring features. The other objection was the old fashioned high pressure sales technique complete with the ancient "I have to talk to my manager" line. Other than that, the purchase went well. More
