She answered all my questions and we were able to negotiate a deal. I stopped by the dealership, took the truck for a test drive, and filled out the paperwork. Done and done! I worked with Brooke and Chris, along with Teresa, for the sale and Angie for the financing. This was probably the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. I would most definitely buy another vehicle from Sunbelt and would not hesitate to send a friend or family member there. More
Above and beyond I was looking for a new 2018 Odyssey and they had exactly everything I was looking for in one. Just when I was ready to throw the towel in and wait, Sunbelt Honda came through for me and took care of business! They made the process as easy as I asked for and had the paperwork waiting on me when I showed up. This was my first time purchasing outside of GA and was wondering how all of that worked buying out of state. They assured me it was as easy as me buying in state and they held their word. I would highly recommend giving this dealership the ability to serve you and anyone else that is in the business for a Honda vehicle. My sales rep, Ray Register, was very informative and patient during the entire process. He helped walk me through the buying process step by step. Not only everything was ready when I arrived, but they gave me a good deal on my new Ridgeline! I am extremely happy with the entire process. We are so excited to have the saftey, fuel economy & dependability that comes with owning a Honda Accord! We will absolutely be back in the future for our next automobile purchase! We love Sunbelt Honda! Story: We arrived just after lunch to Sunbelt Honda to peruse the inventory in hopes of finding a car that fit our family. We are a young couple with one baby, and we were driving a 7 passenger Expedition that got terrible gas mileage, it just wasn't working for us anymore. Ray greeted us upon arrival with a awesome bearded smile and fantastic personality. After discussing what we were looking for, he mentioned that there was a really nice used Accord that he would like to show us. When he pulled it around and I saw the color, I was amazed, because it was my absolute favorite car color- slate grey. The 3 of us (my husband Charles, Ray and I) got in the car for a test drive. I drove first then we stopped and did a walk around of the car. Ray showed us the engine, the trunk, the back up camera feature, and some of the other neat features it had. Then Charles drove it back to the dealership. Charles and I discussed the idea of buying this car and we knew we didn't even want to look at any others, this was "the one." After a little back and forth with the management, Ray was able to get the payments in a range we were comfortable with and the down payment equal to our trade in value on the Expedition. After that was squared away, we had to wait on the finance department to get the loan finalized. Unfortunately, their finance manager was out sick for the day, so it was taking a little longer than normal. We waited about 2 hours, but then we were called back to sign the official documents. They we able to get us a loan with a great rate and payments that would could afford. We signed the papers, got our insurance squared away and then we were done! We got all of our crap moved out of the Expedition and into the HUGE trunk of the accord, took a few pictures in front of the car, then we were off to pick up our baby from her grandparents house in our brand new (to us) Honda Accord. Overall it was a 5 out of 5 stars experience, and I would recommend Ray and Sunbelt Honda to ANYONE looking to buy a vehicle! -Francheska Powell More

Horrible service department I went in to the service department because my two month old 2017 Honda Accord air conditioner was not cooling. The service manager said a rock punc I went in to the service department because my two month old 2017 Honda Accord air conditioner was not cooling. The service manager said a rock punctured my condenser and I had two choices, file a insurance claim or pay $653 out of pocket. Neither option was suitable just a few days before Christmas. I contacted Honda headquarters to inquire what could be done to assist with this issue. The case manager first question was, what did the service manager do to attempt to assist you with your brand new car?, did the service manager offer any alternatives other than cost to you since your car is so new with bumper to bumper warranty? My answer to them was "No." They suggested I take my car to another Honda dealer for further evaluation and to call back with my case number on the result. I can report today my car was repaired by Gainesville Honda with no cost. Lake City Honda sales department was the reason I purchased from this dealership, but the service department is the cause for me never going back. If a customer has a car for two months and it was brand new, paid in full when driving off the lot, you would think the service department would go above and beyond keep your business. More
