The service technician Justin completely understood my need to have my car ready to be able to pick up I’m a single mother that lives 40 minutes away. Dealership didn't follow thru with promises. I bought a used Ridgeline from this dealership and paid cash for it with the understanding that the issues would be fixed if I bought it. The Ridgelin I bought a used Ridgeline from this dealership and paid cash for it with the understanding that the issues would be fixed if I bought it. The Ridgeline was brought to the service center and I was told it was fixed only to find out it was not. I brought it back to be properly repaired like I was told it would be and was told the repairs would be $2500 if I wanted it fixed. This obviously after they had my money in hand and after one of the "managers told me even before the deal was done that if I didn't want to pay the asking price I was welcome to go elsewhere. I have two daughters that I am buying cars for in the next few months and neither will be at Honda of Lake City. So, after two months of me contacting this dealership (they would never return my calls) I was told to bring the Ridgeline back and they would have it “looked at”. I brought it back and was told that the repairs were now $3800 not $2500 like I was previously told. (Up from $1800 that I was originally told). But they would give me a “deal” and split the cost with me, Really? So, after 2 more weeks of me calling (still no returned calls back to me) I reached someone named Kelly who finally told me to bring it in and they would honor the agreement and fix it. Amazingly when they handed me the service ticket the total repair cost was $950 for them not $3800 that they were gonna charge me. If they had just done this at the beginning of this ordeal they probably would have had a happy customer who would return to buy 2 more vehicles within the year. Now, these vehicles are going to be purchased in Jacksonville. Honesty and integrity go a long way, there is little to none in this dealership. More
