Friendly service The service advisor was extremely friendly when i arrived and couldn’t help me enough. He organized a rental for the day. When he realized the rep The service advisor was extremely friendly when i arrived and couldn’t help me enough. He organized a rental for the day. When he realized the repair was going to take longer he called to let me know. They would need my vehicle for one more day and I could just keep the rental. The rental was a dirty I cleaned 2013 CRV. After I collected my vehicle and noticed the repair had not been completed properly I called my adviser, telling him I would call back in on Monday afternoon for them to correct the problems. On the Monday my advisor was off. I saw Joseph who did not know about the problem but tried to help. After 45 mins they told me they couldn’t fix it and I would have to bring it back in another day. its now been a week and Robbie has not called me to reschedule. Total lack of quality controlled repairs. My vehicle should never have been released to me if it was not repaired correctly. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. More
