VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! CAME INTO DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE MY WIFE A NEW CIVIC. VISIBLE SCRATCHES ON FRONT OF CAR. DENISE TOGNOLI LOOKED AT THEM AND SAID TO ME AND WALT WE DONT CAME INTO DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE MY WIFE A NEW CIVIC. VISIBLE SCRATCHES ON FRONT OF CAR. DENISE TOGNOLI LOOKED AT THEM AND SAID TO ME AND WALT WE DONT CONSIDER THOSE SCRATCHES. HAD VEHICLE DETAILED IN HOUSE. DETAIL PERSON TRIED TO REMOVE SAP ON HOOD BY SCRATCHING WITH HIS FINGERNAIL, I TOLD HIM TO STOP DOING THAT! TOLD DENISE TOGNOLI ABOUT SITUATION SAID SHE WOULD SPEAK TO DETAILER ABOUT IT.
