Overall, the service was good. I went in to test drive 1 vehicle, and they showed me an upgrade to that vehicle. The switch went pretty fast. I was pleased with the upgrade, until I went in to test drive 1 vehicle, and they showed me an upgrade to that vehicle. The switch went pretty fast. I was pleased with the upgrade, until they delivered it to me with a crack in the windshield. I reported it the same day, and it became my issue after I had paid them for the vehicle. No inspection was done — car salesman even admitted that he did not do a full inspection of the upgraded vehicle like he did on the original one that I came in for. Two weeks later, and I am stuck having to deal with Insurance and windshield replacement companies giving me the runaround. A good experience that took a turn for the worst.
