Service is quick and cost is reasonable. I did not buy my Honda from the Kirkland dealership but I am impressed with the Service department. What impresses me most is when I bring my car in for an oil change, I do not get a whole slew of other recommended things I need to do for my car which I get if I take it to one of the multitude of auto repair shops. I end up paying for what I brought the car in for and the work is done fast. More

I have been satisfied with the service on my car and my treatment as an owner. I appreciate the Service Advisers and Managers help when things have gone wrong and they have stood behind their work and made things right. Maintenance and operation costs are not inexpensive for any automobile in this age but when you get quality work done and the dealer service department stands behind their work and makes things right it give you a bit more piece of mind as a driver and as someone paying the bills. More

Service deparuis awesome My son bought. Car from kirkland Honda. They had said they replaced the brake pads. A month later his front brakes began to sqweek. He took it to the My son bought. Car from kirkland Honda. They had said they replaced the brake pads. A month later his front brakes began to sqweek. He took it to the Service Department where Brian Slish took great car of him. Got him in a rental and replaced the brake pads again. He got him in right away. Did not give my son any grief, because we had a "as is" warranty. Everything was free of charge. I highly recommend Brian Slish in the Service Department. Top notch customer service!! More

Service screwed my break system and now asking for money I did break fluid change, transmission fluid change and engine oil change from Honda of Kirkland in Washington service. The moment I drove my car off I did break fluid change, transmission fluid change and engine oil change from Honda of Kirkland in Washington service. The moment I drove my car off the service, I found that the steering is shaking when I'm pressing the break. I thought it might have something to do with break fluid change and will go away after some days. But the symptom is persistent. I did not have this problem before. I went to dealership once and also called them, but they are reluctant to take the responsibility and asking money to inspect the break. I'm not going to go to this dealership/service again. More
