The cost is higher than other places that I could have taken the car, but between the loaner car, the quick time scheduled to get this fixed in one day was so appreciated. The young woman who helped me with the loaner car was kind enough to show me how to use a keyless ignition - in the rain! I know this is not much - but I appreciated it. While a seemingly minor issue, Steven literally exhausted all avenues to conclude a dead/faulty battery. Additionally, it was high volume service day (Monday), so I was expecting to check the car in for service on Tuesday, but Steven started handling the issue right away. While I've only had my car for a little over two years, and have visited the service department a handful of times, I continually drive away feeling like I've received the absolute best service possible, as well as peace of mind. HOK does a great job of hiring customer service reps, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

This is what you get for purchasing a beauty instead of an ugly workhorse. ;-) The reason I'm not more annoyed is that this Honda service department has my back. Brian, Joe and even the Tech Lead (Marc?) listens to my concerns and helps me find those gremlins in my CRV. I purchased the extended warranty and it has paid for itself (you should too). More

The next morning I called for a time estimate, and was told that several things were being done, none of which were the timing chain. And it would take until 5 or 6. Then I received a call at 2:30 that my car was ready, but when I asked for the total cost, Neil noticed that one of the coal items had not been done. Neil called a couple hours later that the car was ready for real this time. More
