He re-set my clock from day light savings time to regular time when I told him I didn't know how to do it. And he got my car into the service appointment promptly. He also found a $10 off coupon on line (that I didn't know anything about) and applied it to my bill, which is something I really appreciated. The only hitch in my experience, and it was not Ryan's fault at all, is that when the car was finished and Ryan said he would drive it around for me to pick up, the car had not been parked where he expected it to be, and he had to spend extra time locating the car, which was somewhat problematic for me, as I had to leave promptly to pick up my grandson, whom I was babysitting for for the rest of the afternoon. Perhaps there needs to be better communication between the service people who park the car somewhere when they are finished servicing it and the personnel who are dealing with the customer face to face. Other than this glitch, it was great service! More
Great at solving a hard to resolve problem My fog lights stopped working after an accident and collision work. They found the ground wire that was painted over which stopped my lights from work My fog lights stopped working after an accident and collision work. They found the ground wire that was painted over which stopped my lights from working. It wasn't fixed the first time, but that was because I told them I had new bulbs on order, and they left the old ones out. They didn't charge me for the follow up visit after I recieved my bulbs and they didn't work, and found the resolution to this odd problem. More
