Our daughter bought a new Hundi Sonata in 04 from you and then moved to a Civic EX in 08 and got hooked on Honda, she picked up her second one, a 2011 Civic today! WHY #2 Trust: The Fenton dealership and Ken have been very good to us over the years as well as the service department. When we trust the salesman and the dealership enough to buy a new or used car without seeing it or driving it, we know we are in the right place! WHY #3 Value: Honda is as trouble free, safe and as fun to drive as a car can be and we believe there is no better car for the money. My wife and I have purchased seven new Honda CRV'S from Honda of Keene. We currently have a 2008 and a 2010. All of the seven vehicles were purchased from our sales rep Ken Colby. The dealership is first class in every aspect. Ken Colby is a first class honest gentleman. Why would we not want to do business With Honda of Keene and Ken Colby? I work hard at my job have great respect for those who do the same. It seems finding those people is becoming a rarity these days, especially under one roof. Honda of Keene is exceptional here. I’m an HoK the same. It seems finding those people is becoming a rarity these days, especially under one roof. Honda of Keene is exceptional here. I’m an HoK customer of 10 years and the reason is simple. The people working there take chore out the visit. The environment is always clean and comfortable, service appointments are a breeze, and people remember my name. When it was time for a new vehicle I did my homework (I even looked at all the other brands too). I learned exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I am occasionally prone to irrational equations but my salesperson, Ken Colby, was able to sort this one through. A couple of straight forward conversations had me behind the wheel of the best deal I’ve made. The Honda brand may speak for itself, but dealerships have to make their own efforts to stand out. There’s no question about where I would send anyone I care about for their vehicle needs. Thanks to everyone at Honda of Keene! More

We drove from Londonderry, NH to Keene, NH (a drive of 90+ minutes) to find the Honda of Keene dealership because that is where we found the best deal on the Civic I wanted. From the minute we walked in the door, we were totally blown away by the service we received by both the salesman, George Thompson, and James Giniewicz. They worked hard so that we could take the Civic home the same day and not have to drive back to Keene following prepping. We went to lunch and came back two hours later and the car was immaculate and ready to drive home once James had showed me all of the features of the automobile - up to and including setting my radio settings. We were so impressed with Honda of Keene and the service we received that I have recommended Honda of Keene to my co-workers, family and friends and we would never consider any other Honda dealership going forward. Laura Lee was very personal, friendly and professional. We called her, told her what we were looking for. She had 3-4 immediate recommendations for us. When we got there she showed us what we were looking We called her, told her what we were looking for. She had 3-4 immediate recommendations for us. When we got there she showed us what we were looking for and in the price range we needed. We went for a test drive and she informed us of the details of the car. She was very knowledgeable about all the cars and the necessary procedures and paperwork. She even went above and beyond customer service. The car we chose got damaged that morning because of snow removal. She made arrangements with a dealer near us to have it properly repaired at our convenience. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I went to Honda of Keene to test drive 2 used Hondas I saw on the website. From the moment I arrived I received excellent customer service from James, who was friendly and accomodating in every way. I really felt like he enjoyed his job, and that his main goal was to get me into the car that suited me best, not just to make a quick sale. I also really appreciated that he spoke to me with such respect and transparency, making me very comfortable to ask questions; this is a rare thing to find since most other dealerships I have visited only wanted to talk shop with the "man of the house". The entire experience was great, they even dropped the asking price on the vehicle, which was already way under the Kelly Blue Book price. Working with Lee was very comfortable and pleasant. I've had Honda's for years (Civics, Accords, Odysseys) and highly recommend them to anyone. Ken Colby is the best salesman ever!! My grown children come from Ct. to buy their cars from Ken. The service Dept. does a great job. The only thing I miss now that they used to do is vacuum my mats in t come from Ct. to buy their cars from Ken. The service Dept. does a great job.
