Asking around town and looking at this website we heard/red good reviews about the Honda dealership. We were not disappointed. Mark was our salesman and he was terrific. We tried out several cars and were not hurried at all. At no time did I feel that I was being pushed for a sale. It was actually a fun experience trying out several cars. We bought a car and drove out with it on the same day. Mark was very responsive and answered all our questions. Very personable and professional. The really nice touch was receiving an email 3 weeks after our purchase asking us if we were satisfied and if we had my further question. Mark is excellent! More

Her second was a 1993 Honda accord. and her fourth was a honda accord 2004 which she is still uses. We receive requests to trade it for a new one with very good offers, but she will not sell or trade it. We have a relationship with Honda of Keene that goes back years. I have liked the Honda Pilot for a very long time and have always driven Chevy's. Chevy no longer makes the type of car that I like to drive so I am trying the Pilot. To be honest I detest going to dealerships however, this was a very pleasant experience. We we able to apply for financing on line before we went to the dealership. We have several dealerships near our place of work in NY/NJ, but chose to come back to Honda of Keene because we enjoyed working with James. Buying a car is an exhausting process, and James certainly helped ease our minds through it all...and didn't serve us any annoying sales pitches along the way. And he got us the car we wanted (accessories and all!) in just a couple days. Will definitely be seeing him again in the future when we purchase or trade in! More
