Had my car in and they weren't sure what the problem was because they couldn't recreate the issue. When I took it back they figured out what it was and Kent said when the part came in I wouldn't be charged because they couldn't recreate the issue. He would just pop the switch in ainstead of sending it back to a tech nd it would only take a couple of minutes. I had to wait an hour and was charged for labor. When I reminded Kent he said I would not be charged for labor he tried to gaslight me into believing that was the diagnostic charge. More

Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Tyler was great to work with, very willing to help even though I was late, service team did a good job fixing my car.
