I went into the dealership service department needing a lot of work done to my vehicle. As soon as I came in, I was attended to by Bryce Ramay. I’ve visited dealerships many times across the country and I have yet to meet an employee like Bryce, who came off as genuine even when talking about large dollar amounts of work needing to be done. It is because of this experience, Honda of Jefferson City will continue getting my business. Give Bryce a raise, a promotion — something. I’m always a fan of the saying ‘It’s not what you do, but how you do it.” When dealing with people, being personable and kind — especially when dealing with someone who might not understand everything off the bat, and patient goes an incredibly long way.
