My visit at the service department at this dealership has always been pleasant, and the team is always thoughtful and very professional. Great service but very overly pricey just for a diagnostic even if they can’t fix it. They looked at my car and said they can’t repair something but the diagnostics for it is about a third of a pri diagnostic even if they can’t fix it. We had a 3:00 p.m. appointment for a state safety inspection. It wasn’t finished until 4:30 p.m. That seems excessive.
