I scheduled my vehicle for an express service oil change. My understanding was that it will take 30 minutes and it took an hour and a half. The service person was fine. mean little critters We had to take our new Honda in because of all the warnings coming on. Not happy after all a new car only 6,000 miles what the heck? But come to find out it was a critter of some kind chewed some wires. They got us in and fixed really quickly. Guess that is what you get when you live in the country. They also washed our car before we left and like I said we live in the county so it really needed it.. Thanks to everyone at Honda Great Job! More

I had a really great experience. I was treated with respect, and not like an idiot. My concerns about my vehicle were listened to and inspected rather than brushed off. My time was also taken into consideration as I was offered a shuttle ride to any place nearby. I was also given a courtesy call about the cost of the repair and the remaining time to fix the issue once it was identified. Honestly, this type of service makes me want to be a loyal Honda customer. More

Not very happy at all. We feel ripped off, and that is after waiting over 3 hours. We called and asked if they had time to look at our pilot the same day and they could. We had a slow tire leak, our re after waiting over 3 hours. We called and asked if they had time to look at our pilot the same day and they could. We had a slow tire leak, our rear ac blower was not working and I said our dash kept saying check fuel cap. I told the service guy every thing and that my check gas cap had Just went away. He said it takes 6 key cycles after refitting the gas cap for the error to clear if everything is good and I said great. I thought well 1 less thing. The service guy never said anything about taking more than 3 hours and charged us for a evap system test. I felt that this was not necessary since the error went away and he himself said it takes 6 key cycles to clear. Then he tells us that if it keeps up, and this was only the first time we ever saw this error, to replace the gas cap. A new gas cap is $50, he charged us $80 for the evap test. We complained saying that doesn’t seem right and he said well he didn’t charge us for the 3 hours that we were there. We are very disappointed. This is our second Honda and after decades of service at Honda I am afraid we will not go back. More
