The people were very helpful and I tremendously appreciated the free ride to anywhere in the city. I had my 4 kids with me and it would not have been pleasant to stay at the dealership for 3.5 hour appreciated the free ride to anywhere in the city. I had my 4 kids with me and it would not have been pleasant to stay at the dealership for 3.5 hours. We live an hour and 15 minutes away so we had to wait while the vehicle was being worked on. The one thing that was a disappointment was that the part we needed was not in stock. Because we live an hour and 15 minutes away, we will not be returning to have that part replaced. We will go to our local mechanic instead. More
