about what I've come to expect. I took the car in for a recall fix on the airbag. When I made the appointment, I was told I would need to leave it for 2 hrs. When I dropped it off, I I took the car in for a recall fix on the airbag. When I made the appointment, I was told I would need to leave it for 2 hrs. When I dropped it off, I was asked if I was going to leave it most of the day. He said the 2 hrs was when they first started doing the recall fixes but I had just made the appt a few days before. He was able to get it done within the 4 hours that I was planning to leave the car so it worked out for me but I have talked with others who were not so lucky. Also, on the courtesy checklist, I was told I needed new brake pads ( which I did), but it indicated my tires were fine. Since I already had an appt with my normal mechanic to check into why my car was riding rougher than normal, I had him do the brake pads. He found that I needed rear tires. When he took them off, the steel belts were partially exposed on one tire & both tires had very worn treads (I viewed them myself). More

Service manager never contacted me I was very pleased with the gentlemen that are at the desk in the initial service area. They are attentive and pleasant. they do seem to be juggling a I was very pleased with the gentlemen that are at the desk in the initial service area. They are attentive and pleasant. they do seem to be juggling a lot of functions which pulls them away from good customer service...answer phones, schedule service, collect payment, discuss options for service, etc. That is really not my complaint though. I have a problem with the service manager not contacting me about something I was concerned about and thought considered attention. Granted he may be on vacation but still some correspondence in a weeks time was warranted. I appreciate that the technicians tried to cut down on my cost but to leave my van with the plastic waded up in the seat and black from their hands and work area was sloppy and should have been cleaned back to the original state. Also, if you plan on publishing "lady's day" as a special it should be honored or at least considered if I brought my vehicle in for repair on Tuesday and was finished on the same day. I had to pay for this on Wednesday as they called at the end of the work day on Tuesday to notify me it was completed. So, needless to say I was not notified for granted the 10% off my service. I think at least some communication to the customer in a timely fashion would have scored a better review. I have purchased my vehicles from this location since I was 16 and just purchased a new accord this Spring. More
Service department nightmare! My experience with the local Honda Service department was HORRIBLE! It started out by calling last Thursday to set up an appt for me to drop off my va My experience with the local Honda Service department was HORRIBLE! It started out by calling last Thursday to set up an appt for me to drop off my van for a oil change and tire rotation. It took me 5 TIMES getting put on hold for a long time and me saying don't put me on hold again to actually get a person ( not in the service dept) to speak to me. I told Cassidy I didn't want to be put on hold and that I would drop off my van in the morning. The service mgr Keith called me about an hour later and apologized saying he had them in a meeting and proceeded to tell me not to take it out on the guys when I drop it off the next day ( really was that necessary) Decided he called and apologized so I'll proceed with the oil change appointment. Dropped off my van and the van was ready by 9 or 9:30, I had the courtesy van pick me up at 11. Went to pay and asked the guy how often to get the tires rotated it took me 3 times asking to get an answer then as I'm pulling off I notice there is no oil change sticker in it. Called back asked them to mail it ( I was not a happy camper) and as of today ( Tuesday ) still no sticker. Then I received a phone call from Keith and he told me he would mail out the sticker along with a free oil change. It was nice of him to do that but then his next comment truly was the nail on the coffin. I was told by him that " in 4/5 days I would get a survey and NOT TO fill it out and to give him a chance with the free oil change to make it right" seriously did he just send me a free oil change just to get a good rating. No one should tell someone not to fill out a survey or how to fill it out. If I had gotten the service a customer deserves I would of given a good rating but this was the service departments doing and to be honest with you the service managers fault for telling me how Not to fill this out! More

Quick visit for suspected suspension problem Prompt service. Pleasant and helpful service staff. Quickly found loose suspension part. Ordered new part to be installed next week. recall Courteous had the part and was able to sch. an appt. easily. Had a shuttle to take us somewhere so we did not need to wait in the waiting room. Only complaint is I felt the price of changing the transmission fluid was out of line and declined the service. Shows it was changed when the car had approx. 45000 miles. Also from the report it showed the radiator assembly was replaced in 2011 and as I read it I was wondering why. More
