Reasonable price I have used the service department for 7 years. My only complaint this time was communication before and during the time my car was in the shop. It used to be when I called to talk to someone I was able to talk directly with someone in the service dept. This time there was someone who had no knowledge of cars, of my long service record at Honda and was only interested in making the appt. I used to talk to someone who knew cars and was able to answer my questions intelligently. My other complaint this time was after my car was in the shop I had to call to find out what was going on. One of the times the person said we will call you back as soon as we have an estimate and are sure of the problem. It was several hours later and I hadn't heard anything. I finally called them and they had forgotten to call me. We finally went to the shop because we never heard from them. When we went they had already diagnosed the problem but just hadn't informed us. The cabin filter which needed replacing and the engine air filter which did NOT need replaced were shown to me. The rest of the inspection was left to me to review by myself. I would have preferred to have had it reviewed with me. It looked like I had black and white copies of what have may have been color coded sheets. The annotation for the boxes was lacking. Only after looking hard could I decide what they meant. Also, for some reason I had two sheets with different prices for the same work given to me. The top sheet apparently was the correct one as that is what I paid. The second sheet was a different price for the same work. I think it should not have been given to me as it was confusing. More
