Thorough routine service Took my 2014 Honda Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was also a recall for a computer update which took quite a while, but that cou Took my 2014 Honda Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. There was also a recall for a computer update which took quite a while, but that couldn't be helped. During the inspection, they found a problem with the battery and ran a diagnostic. (It just had a low charge from not being driven enough, so they recharged it.) It would have been replaced had it been necessary. The battery is covered by the warrant, so no extra cost. The whole process took just under two hours but would have been under an hour if not for the computer update. Good to have the battery issue discovered and fixed. The people were efficient and informative, and the cost was reasonable. More

Excellent Service I had an oil change, tires rotated and fluids changed and the service department was very polite and considerate. They serviced my car in a reasonable amount of time. Shuttle was excellent and called right before he got to my door to pick me up, so I wouldn't have to wait for him. To end my experience, they pulled my car right up to the door, Was really impressed with the service! More
Honda 2000 service I found the customer service friendly as well as mechnical work on my honda. I appreicated the staff took me home from Jefferson City to Fulton. I did not have aride to get back to Fulton. I also customer service corrected a mistake by someone who previously took care of my Honda 2000 when lifted the hood to see there was not a gas cap. It was there but I accidently took off and set aside. I was charged 14 dollars that year. Today, they gave me back that money. Also, the service Manager Kent was honest to apraise the mechanical work with honesty. That is greatly appreicated living in a world where every body is trying to rip off somebody. That is promising and hopeful. More
