Tire/wheel noise back of car I noticed some noise in the rear driver side tire/wheel. It almost sounded like a wheel bearing was going out. After a quick diagnosis, Kent Hager, my I noticed some noise in the rear driver side tire/wheel. It almost sounded like a wheel bearing was going out. After a quick diagnosis, Kent Hager, my Service Advisor, replaced the back axle which was covered under warranty. It was completed when promised. Even though I bought my Honda from another Dealership, Kent's earned my trust and I will continue to have him care for my Honda. More

Major Engine Repair I especially want to complement Brian Towne, Service Advisor, for the recent repair on my Honda 2009 Accord. He kept us informed of the trouble-shoot I especially want to complement Brian Towne, Service Advisor, for the recent repair on my Honda 2009 Accord. He kept us informed of the trouble-shooting and diagnosis of the engine problem and advised us of the plan to correct the issues - which included a timing belt, shim kit, cam shaft and rocker arm repair. Most importantly, he advised us of the potential cost so we were not surprised by the final bill. Brian took interest and care in the car as it if was his own, that was very reassuring. When I visit again for any service, I can be sure that Brian will provide the best advice for correcting faults with my Honda vehicles (I own three). More
