Perfect Service From Brian Towne I came to Honda of Jefferson City to have a key cut for my 2014 Honda Pilot. After previous bad experiences with both Hyundai/Nissan (service) and Hon I came to Honda of Jefferson City to have a key cut for my 2014 Honda Pilot. After previous bad experiences with both Hyundai/Nissan (service) and Honda (dealership) of Jefferson City, I was really nervous about dealing with them. Brian met me at the parts desk and helped me get going on my service. The tech in back pointed me out to the service bay where Brian picked me back up (I didn't know I'd need his help initially) and got me going. I was told on the phone when I ordered my key the process would take 45-60 minutes and they had me out in 30. Not only that, Brian took the time to explain other things that might be going on with my car (without pressure - just giving a head's up) and printed pictures to explain the issues. I sincerely appreciate his extra effort! More

They were late, but good. The service was good but the tire truck was late so I did not get my car back when I wanted it, but I know that wasn't Hondas fault.
