The staff members explained everything to me and gave me a loaner vehicle to use in the mean time while my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle was ready the next day but I was not able to pick it up since I was working - I appreciated the staff being understanding of this and letting me use the loaner car until the following morning when I was able to pick up my vehicle. More

Not fully satisfied. Arriving early for my scheduled oil change, I was informed that although advertised as $9.95, it would actually cost me $15 or $16. When I asked why t Arriving early for my scheduled oil change, I was informed that although advertised as $9.95, it would actually cost me $15 or $16. When I asked why the additional $5-6, I was told sales tax. I informed the employee who signed me in that Jefferson City's sale tax was only about 8%. He shrugged his shoulders and said he did not know why it would cost several additional dollars. Was he lying or inadequately trained? When I arrived later to pick up my car this same employee asked what I wanted in a somewhat rude tone of voice. I said I was waiting to get my car back. When the check-out employee returned to the counter from dealing with another customer, he respectfully quoted me $14.74. I asked again about why so much sales tax. He explained that there was a mandatory $3.02 miscellaneous charge. I said then Corwin Honda falsely advertised the $9.95 oil change. It is actually a $9.95 + $3.02 + sales tax oil change. I said it should have been advertised as $12.97 + sales tax - still a good deal, but why lie about the price. Why not disclose the mandatory miscellaneous costs up front. The checkout employee was more polite and courteous than the employee who checked in my car and later asked why I was at the counter in a less than customer-friendly tone of voice. The check-out employee agreed to take the $3.02 off the bill. I still paid $1.77 for sales tax, a bit high for a $9.95 transaction, and more than I should have paid. Here is my recommendation: If you would advertise honestly, revealing all hidden costs up front, me, and a lot of other people, would be your faithful customers for life. Is a $3 or $4 lie (hidden charge) worth jeopardizing good customers? The last three cars my wife and I have purchased have been brand new Hondas. I am not the only customer who does not like hidden costs and excessive sales tax charges. It is not so much about a few dollars. It is about honesty and integrity. If you will lie or hide a few dollars of mandatory charges until check-out time, what else will you do? Thank you for listening. More

I've always had positive experiences when scheduling with/work I bought my vehicle new at this dealership, and I also do all routine maintenance here. I've always had positive experiences when scheduling with/working with their service advisor, Broc. He is professional in the aspect of making sure my car is ready on time, I understand everything on my sales ticket and always has a friendly demeanor. Their courtesy van drivers are also great guys, and usually give me a good laugh during my commute to and from work. More
