Kent was very helpful in explaining what might be wrong and relative costs of potential needed repairs. Jim drove me home without wait. Needed repair ended up to be relatively minor and was promptly accomplished. Jim picked me up and I picked up the car. Entire experience was efficient, friendly and fair. Thank you! Oil change I went to visit my husband at the Mexico Veterans Nursing Home last Friday morning. While driving there the wrench icon came on saying I only had 15% I went to visit my husband at the Mexico Veterans Nursing Home last Friday morning. While driving there the wrench icon came on saying I only had 15% oil life. After visiting my husband I called the Honda Dealership from Mexico and spoke with Kent Hager saying I desperately needed an oil change. He said come in at 2. The oil was changed and they inspected the car.. I had recently reached 30,000 miles . So the transmission fluid was checked and it needed to be changed and a air filter needed to be replaced. All was done in a timely matter. I sincerely appreciate the great service. More

They take good care of me! My AC wasn't as cool as it should be and my power outlet stopped working. They fixed them both and everything works fine now. My AC wasn't as cool as it should be and my power outlet stopped working. They fixed them both and everything works fine now. More

Service was OK but customer service wasn't good I had to change my oil pan gasket for my 2005 Honda Odyssey as recommended by the honda of jefferson city back in January 2016. Was given an estimate I had to change my oil pan gasket for my 2005 Honda Odyssey as recommended by the honda of jefferson city back in January 2016. Was given an estimate of approx $191 by then. Since there was a Service Special (manager's birthday) going on until May 31, 2016, I spoke to Keith Hanson for any discount for which he agreed to give me a 10% discount and provided with a final amount of approx $181-184 including tax. One of my friend provided me with a 15% discount coupon. I took my car and asked if they will apply that 15% coupon. Service desk professional Kent Hager explicitly denied saying if he's going to apply the coupon, he will then charge me with the full amount of $290 and then subtract the discount. That coupon was not valid on my car as it was only valid for my friends car which was explained to me by another Service professional Brian Towne. I do understand that it was my mistake for the wrong coupon. But I raised a question as to how come the full price is going to be $290 (as mentioned by Kent Hager) when they did mention earlier that the full price was $191 (before 10% discount) and its been confirmed by the Manager Keith Hanson. I showed them the receipt from January 2016 which shows the estimated charge for oil pan gasket change to be $191 and not $290 as mentioned by Kent Hager. Nevertheless, Brian Towne tried to pacify things and told me that I will be charged based on what I was told over the phone by Keith Hanson (Manager). But Kent Hager didn't even have an apologetic attitude for misleading me with the wrong price of $290 in place of $191. For all this time, he didn't even have an eye-to-eye contact with me. I was really pissed off and wanted to file a complain against this rude customer service behavior and misleading customer by providing me with wrong charges just because I produced my friend's discounted coupon of 15%. Secondly, I called Honda of Columbia, MO and asked them for an estimate for oil pan gasket change and they told me its will be approx $200 with tax. This made me even more sure about the wrong charges Kent Hager wanted to put on for the service. Moreover, there wasn't any multi-point inspection done on my van after the oil pan gasket was changed. Please take necessary action so that this kind of rude, unfriendly and ripping-off behavior against any customer not get repeat. More
