Professional Fast Service Brought car in as air conditioner was not working. Kent checked me in and I went to the lounge. He came back shortly and said I needed a part but it Brought car in as air conditioner was not working. Kent checked me in and I went to the lounge. He came back in about 10 minutes and said his service man was already there and he was on his way back with the part. In about 30 minutes, Kent came in and said the air was working and car was ready to go. I am always pleased with the great service and professionalism of Kent and staff. More

We live in Columbia Missouri and it is about 30 + 30 miles drive from and to Columbia to get our Honda vehicles serviced. I don't mind doing that because the professionalism and the courteousness of the staff at Jefferson City Honda is truly remarkable. I would rate 10 out of 10 for everything from purchasing a new vehicle and servicing our vehicles at the Jefferson City Honda.
