Typical great service. I always get great service at my local Honda dealership. Usually I can call the dealer and get my vehicle in with no problems. However this time I cal I always get great service at my local Honda dealership. Usually I can call the dealer and get my vehicle in with no problems. However this time I called to set up an appointment where I was routed to some other than the service staff. When I arrived at the Jefferson City Autoplex they had no record of my appointment and could not access my information in the computer. I was told they are using a call center in Georgia. I left my vehicle where they did finally access the appointment and completed the service. I want to again stress that the folks in the service department at Jefferson City Autoplex are very competent and always a pleasure to do business with. I am extremely dis-satisfied with the call center in Georgia, furthermore I do not agree with us of a call center out of state. Let us just call our own dealer and set up out own appointments. More

Routine Maintenance with a Plan! When I went in for an oil change and tire balance/rotation, I knew there was a high likelihood I'd need to replace some tires. However, Kent and the t When I went in for an oil change and tire balance/rotation, I knew there was a high likelihood I'd need to replace some tires. However, Kent and the team did a full inspection on the vehicle and let me know I could wait until the next oil change to replace tires...and that I'd only need to replace two of the four! Kent explained to me in simple terms (I am not a car expert) where my tires, brakes, and fluids were and helped me identify a plan and timeline for getting everything updated without breaking the bank. Kent was honest, and he emphasized he didn't want to do more than necessary (contrary to my experience at some places). He was friendly, and he generously shared his direct line for any questions/concerns. Additionally, the service only took a few hours. The courtesy van dropped me off at work and picked me up in a timely fashion. I am grateful to the guys at Honda (Kent and Mike and the others) for their continued quality service. More

A few minor adjustments would raise this rating to a 5 star rating. First, lose the sunglasses. Customers need to see your eyes. Second, smile! Dealing with the public is not always easy but a smile goes a long way in creating a comfortable relationship. Third, speak clearly and distinctly. Older people and those with hearing impairment will be much easier to serve if you simply speak with clarity. Those three things need some attention from the trainee if he is to be successful in customer service. Also the servicing of my vehicle took 1hour and 20 minutes - seems a bit long for a simple initial servicing, even with rotating tires. More
