Always very welcoming I came in to get a new tire after having a flat. That's never a fun experience, but Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful about the whole process. I dropped off my car before work, was shuttled straight to work on the other side of town, and the shuttle was waiting to pick me up when I got off work at 5:00. I'll be keeping an eye out so I don't hit any more road hazards and get another flat, but if I do, I know where to go :) More

Also since they have outsourced most of their contact numbers it takes a bit longer to get through to the onsite service department. More
Opposite of what I've usually seen I had an appointment scheduled for maintenance. Oil and filter, tire rotation, air filters. Started with one person and ended with another. First person said they would come show me the filters and I could decide if I wanted to change them. Half way through the service, another man who I hadn't talked to before came and showed me to my vehicle up on a lift. He stated my tires were bad and that all four needed changed today. I saw tread, no exposed wires, etc. I felt I had a few more months left. He was very pushy. Price quoting me $120 for the same exact type of tire with over 60k miles on it. This is a leased vehicle. When I get new tires, they aren't going to be top of the line since I will only have the car for another two more years. I asked him to continue with the tire rotation and I would look into tires at another time. Not what he wanted to hear. Then I noticed my car parked next to the service center for over 20 minutes. I peeked into the service department to see the man I was taking to texting on his phone. So I sat and waited for 20 minutes while my vehicle was already done before the man came to get me. When I asked him if they had replaced my air filters he told me that the service techs didn't even check, even though I specifically asked for it when I made the appointment and was even confirmed with the first man that I spoke to. Too bad he didn't stay with my case until I left or I'm sure that I would have had a better outcome. At that point I paid for my oil change and left; I had had enough. More
Worst dealership experience by far!!! Worthless!!! Recently purchased a car from this location. Hands down worst dealership I've dealt with. Made a deal with me then came back and tried to charge me $250 more. Had to bicker with them just to get a full tank of gas. Service is horrible. Service managers aren't advisors, they're clueless. Mechanics were telling advisors what to do. Mechanics did this with my car and when the service didn't fix the problem they tried to blame it on me. Service is so bad they screwed up putting slash guards on my car. Finally, to cap off the worthless dealership I caught the service advisor joy riding in my car when it was supposed to be being serviced. Clueless managers all around. Save yourself the trouble. More
