Very comfortable experience. I had a 9 AM appointment. Had to drive an hour, got in immediately and had service going before I had my coffee. Problems with clarion.displayaudio remain unsolved. This is apparently a problem with the 2016 Honda Pilot if google is a reliable source. Service personnel apparently were not familiar with it and the first attempt to correct was not successful. Will have to schedule another appointment. The person recommending service did not mention that the rear differential has break-in fluid and it should be changed within 20,000 miles. I was previously informed of this the last time I visited the dealership by the service foreman who was not at the dealership this time. I also told the lady when I made the service reservation but she seemed to be a call center employee and didn't pass this information along. This vehicle presently has 16,000+ miles. There is certainly room for improvement and the rating for my experience could be liberal. The people I worked with were friendly and helpful which means a lot. More
