Excellent Honda Service I am an out of state Odyssey owner who had the good fortune of having my 2007 Odyssey serviced by Honda of Jefferson City. My vehicle had the 100K I am an out of state Odyssey owner who had the good fortune of having my 2007 Odyssey serviced by Honda of Jefferson City. My vehicle had the 100K mile maintenance completed in my home state less than one month ago. On my way to Missouri, I noticed a humming noise that grew progressively worse the farther I drove. I called the Jeff City dealership when I reached my parent's home, and was able to take the car in that same afternoon. Within 24 hours, the problem was diagnosed; within 48 hours the problem(s) were fixed; within 72 hours, my car was returned to me serviced, detailed, and costing less than originally quoted. All of this was accomplished by courteous professionals, who kept me informed of each step in the maintenance process. Honda of Jefferson City is a wonderful example of Honda Service and Customer Service. I highly recommend them and honestly wish they were my regular Honda dealership. More

Above and beyond I can't say enough about this service department. Ken really came through in owning up to a part failure that was possibly overlooked during the last I can't say enough about this service department. Dave the service manager wanted to make it right and took the extra step to make sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. Considering I am a full to.e Guard Member and facing the end of my tour by the end of this year. Times are uncertain, money short and facing a vehicle being down was a hardship for our family. They really came through, corrected the problem and got us back on the road. I am extremely grateful for all that they did. PS The new service department looks great! More
