Excellent Service Experience Brought my 2017 Honda CRV EXL to Honda of JC for an electrical system issue which we had discussed with Service Advisor Mike Soukup the day before on Brought my 2017 Honda CRV EXL to Honda of JC for an electrical system issue which we had discussed with Service Advisor Mike Soukup the day before on the phone. (We live in Rolla, about an hour away). We are so glad we brought our car to Jefferson City, despite the distance from our home. We were greeted warmly, Mike was familiar with our situation and got us signed in and comfortable in just a few minutes. We waited in the lounge and enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate and visited with our previous salesman, Chris Herriman, about the 2018 Odessey. Shortly afterward, Mike came by and told us the status of the repair and assured us that the problem was a faulty battery cell and a new battery was being installed. In the meantime my wife took advantage of her free VIP oil change and also had differential service performed, along with tire rotation, as it was due by mileage on her 2017 CRV Touring....we’re a two Honda family! From beginning to end we were completely happy with our service experience and the staff at Honda of Jefferson City. These folks have figured out how to serve their customers in a top notch manner. My husband has issues with mobility and therefore, a SUV seemed to be the answer for now. Josh guided us in the right direction. The only thing I found wanting was the fact the back hatch door does not open by the key fob This is pretty important to me when its raining or snowing. Josh said he would look into the possibility of adding it. He will let me know. We also worked with John Noel doing the paper work. He was very helpful. I do not know the name of the fellow in the service department, but he has always been very respectful and kind on our visits. It think it might be Kent. This is our fifth Honda from this agency and we are looking forward to a great experience with it. All three of these fellows were gentlemen and respectful and kind. We so appreciate that. We actually came in for service and ended up with a new vehicle! More
