Tried to make me pay for warranty work. This dealership said my computer software update was not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased with my 2016 Pilot. I called my This dealership said my computer software update was not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased with my 2016 Pilot. I called my dealership back home and they explained that the coverage was under Honda’s own warranty. They did apologize and the work was good, but I am moving to MO and am worried about any more warranty issues. I have my contacts back home saved for just such a situation. They were great. I first called the warranty company and they were confused as to why it was not covered and told me to call my dealership. I spent more time battling on the phone than it took to get the work done. Micheal was professional and friendly. He went to lunch when I mentioned the work was covered to the next gentleman, he said nothing, grabbed the paperwork and left. I had to ask him what they were doing before he said anything to me. More
