Pleasant Experience The guys at Honda always get me right in and I never wait very long for my oil changes. I appreciate their urgency since I am always in a hurry. Tried to make me pay for warranty work. This dealership said my computer software update was not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased with my 2016 Pilot. I called my This dealership said my computer software update was not covered under my bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased with my 2016 Pilot. I called my dealership back home and they explained that the coverage was under Honda’s own warranty. They did apologize and the work was good, but I am moving to MO and am worried about any more warranty issues. I have my contacts back home saved for just such a situation. They were great. I first called the warranty company and they were confused as to why it was not covered and told me to call my dealership. I spent more time battling on the phone than it took to get the work done. Micheal was professional and friendly. He went to lunch when I mentioned the work was covered to the next gentleman, he said nothing, grabbed the paperwork and left. I had to ask him what they were doing before he said anything to me. More

Great service from Tyler ! I have to say that I had some difficulty finally getting around to someone who could answer my questions. I finally got a hold of Tyler in the serv ! I have to say that I had some difficulty finally getting around to someone who could answer my questions. I finally got a hold of Tyler in the service department and he was awesome ! He was able to answer my questions and able to help me make a decision about a purchase I needed to make. My husband eventually met him and had the same experience. I would love to let his bosses know that they have found a jewel and this man. More

6 Days to get a part, and a radio that won’t work While it may not have been entirely this dealer’s fault, it did take 6 days for them to get a new tire sensor for my 8 month old car. Brought it in on While it may not have been entirely this dealer’s fault, it did take 6 days for them to get a new tire sensor for my 8 month old car. Brought it in on a Friday, and they said due to a Honda training in Calif, they couldn’t talk with the techs, so bring it back Monday, though they thought I had a bad tire sensor. Please note that all (I think) of my warning lights were constantly going off, with a beep for each one, including the one constantly telling me my brakes were not working properly. I brought it back Monday, and the part hadn’t been ordered, so they needed to keep my car till the next day when the part would arrive. They did give me a loaner, which I really appreciated. On Tuesday I called and they said the part hadn’t come in yet, but it for sure will be in by Wednesday. I called Wednesday, and surprise, the part still had not come in yet. I was upset and let them know, and they said they had reordered the part and for sure it would be in Thurs, which it was thankfully. So 6 days after I first brought my car in and the problem identified, they got the part in and fixed it. Also my sun visor had a rattle which they looked at and fixed, but the first time I tried to swing it to the side, while driving down the highway of course, it fell off and landed in n my lap. Which made me jump a bit. Not a good thing while driving down the highway. And the third problem, yes third, is that my radio has never worked right and keeps freezing. After the first time I brought it in they said they updated the software, but video the problem if it recurs so we can see it. I took lots of videos, and emailed them to the dealership. They said a software update would fix the problem. Of course it didn’t. It was glitching the next day, so I have to now bring my car in for the third time so I can hope that maybe I will then get a fully functioning radio/entertainment system. A working radio should not be so difficult to provide in a $24,500 car, or any car really. It’s sort of a basic requirement. More
