Courteous, Professional, and Prompt As usual, the capable and polite staff was ready when I pulled in for my appointment. The service work was performed in a more than reasonable amount of time while I did a little reading and enjoyed a cup of coffee. The only negative of the experience was that I really wasn't ready to put my book down when they came to tell me the car was ready to go. More

Not good service Not only do they not take up for and value the customer they don't treat you as well and organized as other dealerships in service. I never once was asked if I needed a ride back to pick my vehicle up and when I called to tell them I did they were nonchalant on time and basically said it will be around that time that they will come but not sure how much later it could be. Finally just found myself a ride. Now the tech who drove me to work was very nice and courteous but he is not a driver so he didn't know to say anything about a return ride. More
