Only slight issues were available magazines mostly for men readers, second visit that my car was not vacuumed/cleaned as I thought was supposed to be or would appreciate (or be happy to pay for); many employees other than service department standing around and one watching tv in waiting area which seems to represent inefficiency (or made it seem not enough customers which made me question why and should I continue to be one).
