no more a Fan of Honda of Jefferson City Brian was in the office and said he was able to contact the previous owner and he'd bring up the updated title. my husband knew it was a lie but we de Brian was in the office and said he was able to contact the previous owner and he'd bring up the updated title. my husband knew it was a lie but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I returned the following day as Brain asked me to, and of course there was no title, but i was given a loaner car, a Ford and promised that the title would be ready in ten days. two weeks later no title, no call, no returned call, at this point my family advised me to get a lawyer being that they are mostly lawyers, but I decided again to give them the benefit of the doubt, and sent Chris Ehase a text after trying with no luck to get a hold of him, or Brian. He apologized in text, and got me in contact with their title clerk, when i spoke to her, she had no idea what was going on, and she informed me that Brian was away on vacation, and didn't put in for a new updated Title, but she assured me she would. I explained to her that we were going out of town on the 12th of July which at this point was already three weeks later, and that we planned on driving, she called back and said i can drive the loaner and that shed have the title ready when we returned, again no answering of calls till Jessica called me on July 20th exactly one month and a day after we initially went there with this title issue. She did however send the new title overnight and we received it on Monday the 23rd, and registered the car today the 24th before returning their loaner car out of fear that the new title wouldn't work, at some point we even feared the car was stolen, thank Goodness it wasnt. I will add. when i returned the key of the Loaner. Brain says "you got your title" i said "yes, you didn't turn it in when you went on vacation, and i had to wait an extra three weeks to get it done, making it a total month" he didn't have the decency to apologize, instead he tried to deny it. there is seriously an issue with communication and being descent humans in that office. More
