Great Service I had an appointment to get brake fluid changed. Kent checked me in and made sure I understood procedure. I asked if the environmental filter might I had an appointment to get brake fluid changed. Kent checked me in and made sure I understood procedure. I asked if the environmental filter might need changin and he said he would check. I went to lounge where hot popcorn, coffee, cold water, and ice cream were available to make my wait more comfortable. Kent came in and said the filter was fine ( I appreciated the honesty). I had just finished my small bag of popcorn and the car was ready. Check out was fast and when I went to the car it was washed and vacuumed and ready to go! I highly recommend my service manager, Kent Hager, as he is courteous, very thorough and makes sure I understand the procedures. More
