Made things right Warranty work on a fuel injector. Had to talk my warranty company into replacing all 6 since the problem may have spread to others and cost more late Warranty work on a fuel injector. Had to order the parts and gave me a loaner car for the duration. (6days). I only had coverage for 3, but they knew it wasn’t my fault for the parts delay. They definitely took care of me. More

Transmission oil change at 60,000 It’s important to me to have a service technician that doesn’t try to sell me on more service than is needed. Why Would that happen? Tyler was wonderful Ever,gone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful but Tyler went above and beyond . Everyone there was so nice but Tyler really took care of us. He got the car diagnosed, part ordered and me in a loaner car to get me home. He contacted me several times via email to keep me updated on the car’s progress. I can’t say enough good things about his excellent customer service.. More

Repair-Maintenance I don't take my car to a dealership unless absolutely necessary. I got there not knowing exactly where to go, workers saw me and didn't even acknowled I don't take my car to a dealership unless absolutely necessary. Tried to use a 10 percent coupon for my repair and they would not take it bc coupon was for a minor maintenance. I would have only save $74 dollars off my total of $740. People don't like to go to dealerships bc it's highway robbery. They want your business but then again they don't. More
