I asked approximately how long it should be and was told someone would come speak with us in a few minutes. An hour later I go to check on the status and someone is just getting in to my car to start the service. An hour later I go to check the status and they finally talk to us for the first time and we discuss my car. We ask about the tire rotation part of the maintenance package and they had no idea what I was talking about so I had to pull up my scheduled appointment to show what was to be done that day. They said to go back the waiting area as it should only take a few more minutes. Yet, another hour later my car still hasn’t moved. Finally the alignment is checked but not until we waited another hour (total of 4) for a simple maintenance service on a 2 wheel drive CRV. The only reason we finally got out of there was because a gentleman from the sales side had noticed us there all afternoon and ask us about what kind of service we were having done. When we told him even he seemed surprised that we were still there and we saw him immediately go talk to the manager. We were not happy with the lack of communication or the time it took for simple scheduled maintenance. We intend to drive the extra distance to Columbia for any service in the future. More
Always great communication I have always had good communication from the service department. Whenever I go there they tell me if things are going bad on my crv and then let me I have always had good communication from the service department. They only problem I would say that I have had is that after the service I get bombarded with emails, phone calls and text of how my service went. I would t mind just an email to take a survey but all the rest is a little too much! More

Recall Repair I received a recall repair from the Honda headquarters. I contacted the local dealership in Jefferson City and they set up an appointment. They prov I received a recall repair from the Honda headquarters. I contacted the local dealership in Jefferson City and they set up an appointment. They provided excellent service, including the shuttle service dropping off and picking me back up from my office when the repair was complete. Great people to work with! More
Airbag recall service Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Service bulletin 16-002 on a 2013 Honda Accord EXLV6 I used to have good experiences with Honda Service in JC, but lately it's been poor. I have bought 3 new Honda's from here and have become increasingl I used to have good experiences with Honda Service in JC, but lately it's been poor. I have bought 3 new Honda's from here and have become increasingly dissatisfied with the customer service of the service advisors. I have not ever said anything bad as of yet, but it has come to that point to bring it to your attention. I will just comment on my last experience. Once I pulled in to the service area, I asked the advisor about the problem (who I had two previous conversations about). He immediately cut me off and said that he needed to look at it and started blaming me for issues in reference to what I have done to address the service bulletin (which I was forced to do because they could not get the parts for a few days). After the service was done as per the bulletin, the car (a 2013 Honda Accord EXLV6) the car started acting up just as it had done prior to this service. Now that the car is back to it's old business, it has created a potential safety hazard for my wife who works in downtown St. Louis. Her car doesn't start, just as it did prior to the service department addressing the issue. The car has a new starter and new battery and still has the same issue that it did prior to any work being done. More
