New to dealership We bought a used Pilot here last fall. We happened to be there the day they got it, and we drove it before it had been cleaned up or serviced. The service department did a lot to it before we picked it up. We brought it in for an oil change and were treated like we had been buying new cars from there every year. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. It would have been the most I had ever spent on an oil change, but then they told us our first oil change was free. It was such a great experience that we will pay a little more to have it serviced here. More

Excellent Service Advisors, some issues with facility My service advisor (Tyler) was excellent. Unfortunately, the attention paid by management to snow and ice removal was lacking. There was only one small path cleared from the parking area to the main entrance and it had several large icy patches that were hazardous. The walkway from the parking area to the service entrance was also ice-covered and hazardous. Previously, I was able to get a detailed printed service history on my car (Honda Accord 2002). Service for this car for the past 14 years has only been done at this dealer. Not able to get printed service history on this visit. More
