As a woman I always feel very uncomfortable Everytime I bring in my vehicle for an oil change there seems to be an issue refuting the use of YOUR coupon. This time I was told it would not work Everytime I bring in my vehicle for an oil change there seems to be an issue refuting the use of YOUR coupon. This time I was told it would not work because my vehicle could not take synthetic blend oil. Fortunately I was prepared because of past issues and insisted he look at my last oil change because I had reviewed it. I'll be... synthetic blend was used. As a woman I have always felt like the service people talk down to me or that I am stupid. I now make bets with my husband how many extra services they want me to purchase. I will never know what other service I REALLY need because it is presented I need everything!! My husband and I have owned 4 Hondas, but are down to one because I feel so uncomfortable with your service department. which is unfortunate because we really like Hondas. More

Only one complaint Took my Honda CRV in for its first service and was in and out in a timely fashion. No pressure to do anything extra. The only complaint I have is that I received two emails, two phone calls, and three text messages reminding me of the appointment. I only made the appointment a week in advance and none of the messages asked me to confirm. Way overkill and a bit annoying. More
