She called me after a few weeks to check and see if I had any questions. I love my new CRV and I can’t imagine why anyone would buy a car anywhere else. The service staff is friendly and I trust them to keep my car in top notch running condition, keeping me informed of needed maintenance. I was introduced to Honda of Jasper through my bank’s car buying assist program. Honda of Jasper, and other dealers, sent information on their inventory closely matching my criteria for make and model. Some also called trying to sell me other cars. After a few weeks of research, I narrowed my criteria to the exact color and accessories and sent the information to a number of dealers with my intent to buy a car as soon as possible. Ray Schollian responded (email) almost immediately that he had found aen exact match for my criteria in another state and he could obtain the car for a price that was considerable lower amount than I would have ever expected. I traded a few emails and two phone calls with him and almost before I knew it, Honda of Jasper delivered the new car from Jasper, AL to my home Huntsville, AL. I have never met Ray Schollian and talked to him via phone only twice before we came to a deal for the car. I would recommend you talk to him too if you are looking for a Honda. More

Poor service Never buy used vehicle from this dealer. They will tell you whatever they have to to make sale and if there’s an issue with vehicle less then 24 hours Never buy used vehicle from this dealer. They will tell you whatever they have to to make sale and if there’s an issue with vehicle less then 24 hours later they lied and made it sound like no issue and we did something wrong then charges us for tow bill. Took vehicle to my mechanic and told them what dealer said and they confirmed we did things correctly and dealer was giving us a line of crap. I will tell everyone I know not to ever by a used vehicle from this dealer as they don’t car about the customer as soon as they walk out the door. Dishonest More

Y'all are a class totally above other dealers. We cannot wait for y'all to bring us our car on Monday. (The car we wanted has limited availability..only 14 in 4 states so they went and got us one and yes they are bringing it to us) AND I have to say Russ loved the bbq and ice cream. Yes! My 7 year old was served a bbq lunch with everything you can imagine, right down to grilled corn on the cob and ice cream. Plus, They also gave us all the goodies one could image. I think Russ could have stayed there forever. More

Well done! I normally do not write reviews but in this case I made an exception. I had planned to come here complaining about my issue saying that the dealer fa I normally do not write reviews but in this case I made an exception. I had planned to come here complaining about my issue saying that the dealer failed to fix an issue with my used car. BUT to my surprise and to their credit I am here to say thank you! I purchased a car that had a vibration/shutter problem at around 45 mph found during the test drive. As part of the deal they agreed that they would fix that issue. I had to leave town while they did the work and picked it up when I returned on Sunday(had the keys). On the way home I noticed that the issue was still there. It happened randomly so it was hard to know if fixed or not. When I called the next day and talked about what I the issue was they did not hesitate to fix the car as agreed. More
