Excellent Experience I had an excellent experience with Rashad Young at Metro Honda. I walked into the store already having spent over an hour at another Honda Dealership I had an excellent experience with Rashad Young at Metro Honda. I walked into the store already having spent over an hour at another Honda Dealership. Therefore, I already knew what I wanted and what the deal i was looking at. As quickly as sitting down, Rashad had the other guy beat by $5k. He was extremely helpful from there discussing lease with buyout at end, money down, and straight financing. Had the car within days, enough time for my wife's birthday. Thanks Rashad. Btw, the two boys (8 and 6) were kept busy with the free video games!!! More

Great Salesman Our salesman was JR Raulerson. We live outside of Columbia, SC and he worked with us over the phone and even offered to deliver the vehicle to us that Our salesman was JR Raulerson. My husband and I spoke several times to him over the phone to see what he could offer verses another dealership that is local to us. Once we arrived, he was very nice. We went in ready to sign papers with a loan through our bank and while we didn't get what we wanted for our trade-in, the dealership's finance department gave us a better rate for the loan. We love our Odyssey and can't believe we are van people! They have a sister dealership called Midlands Honda and we didn't like their sales department but so far, the service department has been great. More

Making the Deal Happen with Kindness My wife and I came in near closing time and didn't have a clue about the CR-V and had a lot of questions about the CR-V. Rashad was with another cust My wife and I came in near closing time and didn't have a clue about the CR-V and had a lot of questions about the CR-V. Rashad was with another customer but stopped to make sure my wife and I were taken care of too. Rashad went out of his way to help us and it made it so easy to go back the next day to test drive the CR-V and buy one. The whole deal took only 90 minutes! Rashad and Metro Honda made the deal so easy and the kindness that was shown throughout the whole process made this one of the best car buying experiences my wife and I have every had. Rashad is a great Salesman and I truly believe he looks out for the buyer's best interest. We love our new CR-V! Thanks Rashad!!! More
