My first new car purchase. My visit to Metro Honda in Indian Trail couldn't have been better. I had owned multiple Hondas in the past, as well as being a full time mechanic, so My visit to Metro Honda in Indian Trail couldn't have been better. I had owned multiple Hondas in the past, as well as being a full time mechanic, so I had a very specific idea of what vehicle I wanted to leave there with. I had done extensive research prior to ever visiting the dealership, so the selection process was extremely smooth. They only had one of the model I wanted in stock, and it happened to be the color I wanted, which made it that much easier. Stan, the associate that led us through the entire process, made it very easy to get past the selection process and straight into the process of negotiating a trade on my previous vehicle. He ended up with a very fair number and excellent price offer on the new Accord. Once we made it into the financing office, the associate who helped us with financing paperwork was just as helpful as Stan had been. Shortly after signing the papers I was on the way home in my brand new car. It's been only 3 weeks but the car already has over 1,500 miles on it. I can easily say this was the perfect car for me and the perfect buying experience. More

Rashad Young was the first person to greet me, and I told him, up front, I would not make a hasty decision, would need an investment of time, and would not be an easy sale. He assured me that would not be a problem, and he was true to his word. I spent quite a bit of time, both in person and online, with a variety of competitors, making sure I had done all the research I could to feel confident in my final decision. During this time, Rashad kept his promise to inform me to the best of his ability without harassing me or being a pushy salesman. Every contact I initiated with Rashad resulted in bringing me a little closer to my purchase. He returned calls quickly, took time to answer all my questions patiently, and always treated me with respect. We do not like dealing directly with pushy salesmen and tried the Internet for pricing and asking questions. Rashad was very helpful to quickly respond to our many questions while we decided our best option from home without pestering us to make a quick decision. When we decided to get the car, Rashad was able to get our son a price he could afford in the car he wanted. We went in to do the paperwork and sat down with Rashad and finance manager David Helms and the honest, upfront service provided was top notch. Thank you for the time spent being clear & detailed about our purchase. I want to also add that I love the fact that Metro Honda over the years has supported local schools in the area. Our boys have gone to Sun Valley and we have volunteered many hours to support the athletic booster club and we have witnessed their support. They were honest with us about the costs, and their pricing sheet is laid out like an accounting page, so you know exactly how much you are paying for the vehicle. You also know exactly how much you are getting for yours. None of this "four square" stuff other dealers try and throw at you. Like I said we've driven two hours twice to deal with them. I can't give a better recommendation than that. More
