We went shopping all over Charlotte for several days and our daughter decided to get a late model white Honda Certified Honda Civic. We went to all the Honda dealers in the Charlotte area and found most of the salesman to be way too pushy. They wanted you to make a decision before you walked out the door. This was our experience at all the dealers until we met JR Raulerson at Metro Honda. He made us feel that his soul purpose in life was to make my daughter happy with the car she wanted and to make us happy with a very good deal. JR came through on all counts. He sayed late one night to allow our daughter to test drive the car. And then stayed even later untill all the papers were signed. The tears of joy our daughter had when she drover her "new" car home was all the proof we needed that JR and Metro Honda was the right decision for us. Thank you JR. More
I am very Happy !!! Buying/Upgrading the car is not an easy task and can be as daunting as anything can be. I just got a Certified 2014 Honda LX (Burgundy) with under 20 Buying/Upgrading the car is not an easy task and can be as daunting as anything can be. I just got a Certified 2014 Honda LX (Burgundy) with under 20K miles on it. This dealership is not close to me, so, had been to many other dealers in my area prior to visiting Metro Honda. From start to finish, I dealt with their veteran salesman JR Raulerson. At this point, I am restricting my review only for Mr. Raulerson, since, it would be too early to write a review for Metro Honda as a whole, since it has only been few days yet. Mr Raulerson is the best salesman that I have ever met in the auto industry domain. I had just moved from the north and my Toyota Corolla needed an immediate upgrade. What I really appreciate of Mr. Raulerson is his stern but soft voice, attitude, smartness and willingness to go an extra mile for the customers while all this wrapped nicely in the processional demeanor. And, with Metro Honda in general too, my purchase experience was very nice. I would be getting my title soon, but for now, I will undoubtedly recommend Metro Honda, and Mr Raulerson to my friends and anyone who is looking for a pleasant experience to get a new car. More

A 2014 came available and via pics looked like the one she had. I did not see it in person but took the word of the folks at the dealership that it was in pristine condition and it was. They even sent a video of it to me. I could not come and get it so they drove it to me! Very smooth transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again in the future for another automobile. Pricing was very good. More

Successfully Buying a New Car I entered this dealership without and appointment and was helped by JR Raulerson. I knew which car I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. JR was very accommodating, handled the transaction quickly, and we agreed upon a price. The problem was that the dealership did not did not have the car in the color I wanted. JR promised to get the car for me, and three days later, he had it. When he got the car, I could not go out there that day to get it, and he was kind enough to drive it out to my home, and complete the transaction there. He gave me personalized service, and took a great deal of time to set up the options on the car to my preferences (ex. the amount of time I wanted the headlights to remain on after shutting off the car, etc.). He further offered to help me with any problems as time went on. I feel that he went the extra mile in assisting me in the car buying process. More
Terrible Sales Manager Not a professional dealership at all. My wife and I made a reasonable cash offer on a used vehicle. The dealership came back with the original asking price as their counter (and in a rude pushy way). We walked away from the deal. No more than 30 minutes later we were harassed with calls from the sales manager(childish sales tactics). Guess what, two days later this dealership dropped the price of the car below the amount we offered. It is truly sad that Honda allows these people to carry their name. I will never step foot into this dealership. Consider any other Honda dealer but this one. More
Not pleased at all To begin with when I got to the dealership no one came up to me to ask if we needed help. I had already picked out the car that I wanted and had to find somebody to help me so I can look at the car. We took the car for a test drive and I decided that's the one I wanted. The buying process took a lot longer than I expected. The only thing the salesman showed me about the car was how to crank it (because it's a push to start) and how to turn the radio up and down. Didn't explain any of the special features or anything. The only thing I was pleased with on this purchase was the price. He did get the price where I needed it. We went through with the buying process and I talked with the finance guy to finish up the paper work. He was telling me about an extended "unlimited" oil change and tire rotation warranty that I could purchase. The plan sounded too good to be true so I asked the guy several times and my dad even ask "it is unlimited right?" A month later I find out they obviously have a different definition for "unlimited". I was only going to get 6 oil changes and tire rotations. So after calling several times and 4 or 5 days straight I finally get to talk to someone. He told me that he could drop the warranty and they would send me a check for the amount. The point is I was lied to and now I am stuck paying interest every month for 6 years on this extra money all because he lied. I have been given the run around about this for 2 weeks. I will never buy a car from them again. More
