Luis Rodriguez is the best! We had dealt with a lot of dealers as we searched for a new/newer vehicle. We finally decided on a Honda Ridgeline either new or used. Metro Honda h We had dealt with a lot of dealers as we searched for a new/newer vehicle. We finally decided on a Honda Ridgeline either new or used. Metro Honda had a 2014 with low mileage listed online. I made a call and was connected to Luis. We made arrangements to see the vehicle the next day, a 2.5 hour drive away for us. We met Luis and went for a test drive in the new 2017 and the used 2014 Ridgeline. During the test drive I was impressed with Luis's knowledge of specifics of each vehicle. He knew his cars. There was no pressure, the one thing one dreads in a "new" car purchase. There was of course the negotiation, but through it all Luis maintained his soft spoken manner with no pressure and allowed us time to come to our own decision. There were a few things to be corrected with the Ridgeline and Luis gave us regular updates by phone and even emailed photos of the work done. We made a second trip to pick up the vehicle. We met with David Helms, the finance guy, who appears stern but is a nice guy and were out of there in minutes. Thanks to Luis, best car buying experience ever! More

The worst sales manager I bought a my vechile from this dealer and the sales person was awesome but they have worst sales Manger. After checking prices with other dealerships, JR came through with the best price for our second car. He even spoke to our insurance company on our behalf to help us through the process. He is a genuinely nice person and made the entire experience as easy as possible which (if you've spent any time in car dealerships) is saying A LOT. Never pushy or overbearing- just makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend working with him if you plan to buy from Metro Honda. More

Great Customer Service I have tried to purchase a vehicle from Stan over the years. We just couldn't agree to terms and I believe now that past management could be responsib I have tried to purchase a vehicle from Stan over the years. We just couldn't agree to terms and I believe now that past management could be responsible after reading old reviews. This time we were able to hammer out a nice deal on a wonderful vehicle. Stan has great product knowledge to address any questions. The current staff and management seem to be more sensitive to customer needs and create a welcoming environment, didn't feel any pressure. Communication was excellent and the follow-up was well appreciated; not to be forgotten after the sale. I'm glad I disregarded some older reviews and gave these folks another opportunity. They earned my business and I think we can maintain a long term relationship in a comfortable atmosphere. You don't feel over-whelmed here. More
