The salespeople were very helpful and knowledgable in our choice of which model to choose from. Every person we dealt with (salesman, finance and technician for electronic features) was unbelievably friendly. We were treated not as a customer but as if were family. Our car buying experience lasted maybe 4 hours between two days. Out of that time we talked about car buying for maybe a total of an hour. The rest of that time was regular conversations and shared life stories, that friends or family would have. I most definitely will be recommending Metro Honda to anyone interested in a new car at a very reasonable price. More

Frank has got to be the most inconsiderate person ive ever met in my life!!! And the mechanics there are sorry as well😠. The first time I went to get my oil changed i only had the car for 4 months and everything was so perfect when I bought the car. Then good ol' Frank tries to tell me I need to get new tires??!! Really? And said it would "only be $700" and I said I don't have that money right now and he made it very awkward....next oil change my breaks are bad!? And today just put me over the edge!!! I pull up and nobody acknowledged that I was even there which is very RUDE! I tell FRANK what's going on the the screen in my car that shows the oil life,time, mileage etc. Is completely black. he then tells me the freaking diagnostic was going to be $69.00 wow...I'm waiting on my car to get fixed and Frank doesn't even say name right over the intercom...he asked a me a stupid question asking where my stock head unit was? Like I carry it in my pocket😒 he was like it needs a system update. And I need the old head unit hooked up to update it!!!!!!!!!! I just looked down and said this is crappy...and his response was I don't know how to explain it put they needed it for buttons to update it!!! And the mechanics started walking away when I started getting mad. I said every time I come here it's always something wrong with my car!! And he just sat there and said I'm just the person that talks about the problems! I looked at him and said just give my car back! He had a smirk when he said OK I'll come get you when the car comes around which his lazy self didn't...a younger guy did! All I know is I'm not happy with any customer service representatives at metro Honda and thanks showing how much y'all"care" about your loyal honda customers 😠 and Frank you are a liar and a piece of work... ripping people off every day good luck with your life...It just seems to me like if you're not spending $100 or more it feels like you're in their way. So guess what Metro Honda you lost another customer with your sorry service thanks so much!!! More
Luis Rodriguez is the best! We had dealt with a lot of dealers as we searched for a new/newer vehicle. We finally decided on a Honda Ridgeline either new or used. Metro Honda h We had dealt with a lot of dealers as we searched for a new/newer vehicle. We finally decided on a Honda Ridgeline either new or used. Metro Honda had a 2014 with low mileage listed online. I made a call and was connected to Luis. We made arrangements to see the vehicle the next day, a 2.5 hour drive away for us. We met Luis and went for a test drive in the new 2017 and the used 2014 Ridgeline. During the test drive I was impressed with Luis's knowledge of specifics of each vehicle. He knew his cars. There was no pressure, the one thing one dreads in a "new" car purchase. There was of course the negotiation, but through it all Luis maintained his soft spoken manner with no pressure and allowed us time to come to our own decision. There were a few things to be corrected with the Ridgeline and Luis gave us regular updates by phone and even emailed photos of the work done. We made a second trip to pick up the vehicle. We met with David Helms, the finance guy, who appears stern but is a nice guy and were out of there in minutes. Thanks to Luis, best car buying experience ever! More
