I was having some problems with my car. Alex was very imformative on what I need and how much it would cost. He had me at his best interest and really showed me that he cares. I have always taken my Hondas to Metro Honda of Union County. The customer service is outstanding. Metro Honda of Indian Trail is a dealership that is beyond compare. It is thorough from top to bottom and most cordial. The service department leaves nothing to guess work. Mike Kannaly, a service writer goes far beyond the call of duty. For example, he put my car up on the lift and personally checked each point at which it could have a fluid leak. I had originally went to my local dealer and worked out a deal on a CR-V. They didn't have it in stock and I had to leave a deposit so they could get one for me. I was told it would take a few days to get deal on a CR-V. They didn't have it in stock and I had to leave a deposit so they could get one for me. I was told it would take a few days to get it. After a week I decided to give them a call since I hadn't heard anything about my vehicle. I was told that the color I wanted was not available in North Carolina and that they had been all sold. I spoke with a manager and he didn't seem to care. I was told I could take one off their lot or get my deposit back. After getting my deposit back I emailed several dealers looking for a Green Tea CR-V. By this time I was very apprehensive with having to deal with the whole "car game". Matt from Metro Honda contacted me with in minutes of my email and told me he had the vehicle in stock. After explaining my story to him and letting him know that if I came in and they didn't have the car I would walk right back out, he told me that he would take pictures of the car and email them to me to ease my mind. I got an email from him with detailed pictures of the car and even how many miles was on it. What surprised me the most was that after hearing my story he had his general sales manager Kris call me. Kris explained to me that when I came in the car would be cleaned and waiting for me when I came in and everything would be as we had agreed upon. When I got there everything went as they said it would. I was very happy with my new CR-V and how I was treated. When I'm ready for a new car I will be back to see them again. More
When my Taurus bit the dust I was in need of a new car ASAP. Mr. Dula, with the help of his manager Daniel Phannareth, were able to find me the exact car that I wanted in time for my trip, at a great price. They showed a lot of enthusiasm for customer service, and understood my situation. The whole staff was very professional and the facility is great! More
