I would highly recommend Metro Honda of Union County. I recently took my 186,000 mile Odyssey in for some electrical issues and a slow oil leak. I gave this place the highest marks because... 1) their recently took my 186,000 mile Odyssey in for some electrical issues and a slow oil leak. I gave this place the highest marks because... 1) their costumer service was awesome. I was able to take the van right in the very day I called. Service advisor Jeremy Allison spent tons of time with me on the phone helping to troubleshoot the electrical issues, asking good questions and really trying to get at the source of the problem. Phone calls were made to keep me informed, things were well explained, and the work on the van was completed in a timely manner. Metro Honda even sent a shuttle van to my house to pick me up and take me to their place to get my van since I was without a vehicle!! 2) the quality of the work was good. All the issues were dealt with and fixed in a timely manner. Although time will tell if everything was fixed well, I have no reason to believe that anything was not fixed. 3) the friendliness and approachability of the service staff was top-notch! That Jeremy Allison and others listened to my frustrations and then even laughed at my lame jokes was a real PLUS with me! 4) my overall experience was a good one (as good as it can be when one is having vehicle trouble!). 5) the price was good. Jeremy also doublechecked if some fixes were under warranty, and they were. My last "troubleshooting" visit to them was totally free. They were extremely fair with me! More
Brought my car in for oil change and asked to have brakes checked. They showed me results of checking the brakes and I was able to get pads and rotor work done right away. I recently took my Honda Accord in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Jeremy was very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed by the dealership. It was really nice and kept clean. Second to None Dealership - Listen Up! I purchased a Second to None Dealership - Listen Up! I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Metro Honda this month. It was located online and it was better than Second to None Dealership - Listen Up! I purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Metro Honda this month. It was located online and it was better than described on the internet. Thomas Dula was able to hold the Honda until I got off from work due to my schedule which was a great courtesy. When I saw the vehicle I was like wow and was wondering if there was anything wrong ith the Honda that I could not see. Thomas and Duane (MGR) hooked me up on a test drive. When it came to buying the car, Thomas and Duane were straight up including the finance mgr (I can't remember his name,but he is related to a former UNCC B-Ball coach - one question and you can find out). Most finance Mgrs that I have dealt with have tried to sell you everything including your name. I was in and out of his office in 5 to 10 minutes and he was ver clear and professional. I had a few minor things that needed to be done that was covered under waranty. When I presented this to them- they said YES period. I dealt with Alex in service and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Alex is also very easy to work with. I also want to point out that Duane was in a meeting when I arrived to get my car service and he left the meeting to make sure I was taken care of in the service department. The waiting area is awesome - makes me want to just hang out. They have free internet, free games, free coffee, cable TV, a children's room, and probaly something else I missed. The head MGR understands what the customer needs when buying a car. In conclusion it seemms that most dealerships forget about you once they get your money unless you are ready to purchase another car, but Metro understands the big picture - they realize that its just the beginning of a customer/seller relationship. Jeremy Allison was very kind, courteous, and very professional. He has been servicing my car for a few years now and has always been very proficient in his work. He does all my mileage checkups, oil professional. He has been servicing my car for a few years now and has always been very proficient in his work. This transparency let me know that I was dealing with master mechanic. Paul was his name and he left me knowing the job was done right. To me, this type of approach is a big differentiator between dealerships. More
