My research on the internet brought me to Metro Honda. Have had many experiences at other dealerships where I was "handled" by the sales person. Everybody has been "locked in the little room" with 2 or 3 staff to close the deal at one time or another. This was NOT my experience at Metro Honda, where I was as comfortable as in my own home. Everything from the first 'Hello", to the moment I was handed the keys, EVERYONE was there to help me. When I saw the price of the car, and knowing the value of my trade, I really didn't expect things to work. Financing was not a "tug of war" at Metro Honda. They simply stated the rate they could get me and I was impressed. In this day of "grab the cash and run" mentality by corporate america, it's very assuring knowing that there is a place that still practices old school values.
