When it was time for our family to get rid of our gas guzzler and shop a new car we were referred to Roberto. When we found out that he and and many of the service department employees left the previous dealer, we immediately took all of our service and car purchase business to Metro Honda. Since then we have received excellent service at fair prices. Frank is knowledgeable, professional and for us, a low pressure sales associate. He has been great to work with on all of our new Honda purchases and patient as my wife and I usually make many visits to the Dealer as we decide on exactly what we want. Last Saturday, my daughter bought a new Honda Civic. What a great car it was! Our salesman was Nelson Baucom. He did a GREAT job!! He was so patient, when my daughter took well over an hour to decide on the color and interior.
